Found a Fault stored for "P034100 Intake Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor 'A' circuit range/performance (Bank 1). Checked the Oil level. & verified the Engine had no oil. Topped off 5 Quarts. Surging no longer present. Did not clear faults. Advise customer to have Kia Diagnose the excessive Oil Consumption.
