- Verified the complaint, found the Front Drivers, & Passenger Rear Lug nut to be snapped off. Drilled, & Extracted one of the Front Drivers Wheel Studs, & one of the Passenger Rear Wheel Studs, replaced 2 Wheel Studs, & all 20 Lug nuts. Customer supplied the Lug Nuts.
- Verified the complaint, found the Housing for the Antenna to be broken, parts on order.
